Staff working for the Jigsaw Centre are skilled individuals who have all worked extensively with vulnerable pupils in the area of SEMH. Our staff work in a number of different ways, which includes teaching pupils both on a 1:1 basis as well as in targeted groups.

In an addition to this, the Jigsaw team work alongside all school staff to offer mentoring, support and training, both on an individual and whole-school level.

The Jigsaw team comprises of a Head of Service who is the strategic lead of both in and outreach, an Outreach Manager who manages 3 teachers, 4 specialised  inclusion support workers and one family support worker. In addition to this there is currently 1 In Reach Teacher and 3 further 'in reach' inclusion support workers. Business Support to both out and in reach is provide by a further one person located in the Houghton Regis site.
